Hi all,

I'm new!

Ok so I googled "salsa dance forum" and found this website near the top of the search results. I am looking for a salsa partner but I am not sure how to find one. I have tried buddying up with one of my friends and she really didn't like it. My guy mates are a bit too laddish to be seen dead in a Salsa bar/ club and so I do not talk about it much. I think it would feel strange to just turn up to a random salsa club....yeh so basically I am thinking I can meet someone new online who thinks the idea of learning salsa is fun. I do not necessarily need to find a salsa partner in this room...just some ideas on how I can solve my lile problemo out would be great. I know a few bits about real estate and so I am happy to offer my knowledge in return for anyone who kindly helps me with my mission.

Hey Tiger

Great to have you here. In terms of using this forum, it might be an idea to post about your need for a dancer on the "looking for dancers?" section near the bottom of the homepage.

Have you tried making some local ads for a dancer...in the local paper or something?

I personally would attend a class on my own if my friends weren't interested....could be a fun way to meet new people who also enjoy salsa?
